 Kai and Roman from Copenhagen!

At first day we arrived in Copenhagen and we met our contact person Signe (who was also a former EC student. We went to the FDF headquarter in the center of Copenhagen. This was the place were we should live for the next two weeks.

Our first task there was to help FDF with the „Salam“ project. We had to unpack some things from Egypt and sort them into two different boxes. And also we copied some games for children.

During our two weeks we went to several FDF meetings. First one was in Måløv. We saw one group meeting where they learned how to use a compass and so did we. After that the small children cathered to the basement and were singing and praying. And they prepeared a very good game for us also.

To the second meeting went Kai alone and it was in Karlslunde. FDF had birthday and that´s why we were baking cakes. Mhmmm Jummy!

Our last meeting was also in Karslunde where we helped to build a katapult. It was really funny and interesting.

In the FDF office they have once in a month a lounge and on every Thursday they have also eat´n´meet. On the first Thursday we were helping to set up things for the lounge and we helped to cook. On the second Thursday we were cooking food from our countries for the others.

Our time in Copenhagen was really great. We were living in the center and we could go everywhere by foot. We discovered this city also with our friends Taavi and Davis who came many times to the city. We had also plenty of time for discovering the city. We saw a lot of sightseeings, monuments and museums.

We really enjoyed spending time in Copenhagen and in FDF.
