Facilities
Silkeborg Højskole has first class facilities to inspire young people and equip them with all they need for their stay.
To keep fit, we have a 25 meter swimming pool, and heated smaller pool, aswell as a sports hall and football field. being situated right beisde the river that runs through Silkeborg, there are excellent surroundings for those who enjoy a brisk jog around the lake, or you can use the kajaks and canoes from our outdoor centre.
Musically, we have two new, fully equipped recording studios, as well as practise rooms and the opportunity for solo music lessons.
The assembly hall is used every Morning as a lecture theatre, but can be re-organised into a larger hall for salsa dancing, it can be darkened for showing scarey movies, and has all the fittings to handle professional theatre performances, or music shows.
