NATO’s one day training course

First impression – OH MY GOSH an old gray building, is that NATO? It cannot be the NATO we have heard of. It is suppose to be big and impressive. The fence is higher than the actual building. And the security, first our school bus had to pass through some military barriers (Which we think are suppose to stop tanks from coming in,) but luckily we had Captain Morten and his well prepared and armored bus to save the day and we reached our goal, the parking space, only one hour early. Than one by one we were dragged out of the bus by the military who took our passports and at the end send us to another security check without mobiles, cameras or bags, nothing is allowed.

Finally we actually got in.

But one thing in NATO did not work properly and it was the first thing we experienced, their tea sucked. Take a glass of hot water and you have their tea. Think about it if they cannot even make a proper cup of tea what do they then think they can make in third world countries???

After our tea Mr. James Snyder came to give us the theoretical training within the NATO military ground course, we are now trained soldiers ready for battle in the name of NATO.

After the coffee break and another cup of tea Mr. Lars Hedemark (Assistant Defence Adviser) shared the Danish government’s secret plans concerning NATO and their military strategy with us.

Then finally we are glad to announce that everyone survived this experience and for that we can only send our grateful thoughts to Captain Morten.

The EuroClassSpring08 troops are ready for the next combat.
