The theme week

The last week was quite different than normal because the outdoor class was on a trip in Norway, cool experiences for them. But the other students had also really colorful program with a lot of different activities and most of them were so cool and some of them were totally new for us.

So the week started like usually with monday but it wasn't unfortunately. The reason why it wasn't normal monday is very simple we had an activity week. Therefore we split in two groups one which walked and the other one was canoeing. I chose canoeing it was quite long and hard trip but it was in the nature and it was amazing. So after this trip we arrived to a camp where we stayed overnight sleeping in tents. And I shouldn't forget on the game we played on the night in the dark really dark forrest (you couldn’t see further than  2 meters ahead) the rules were easy. We split in two groups one was hiding and the other one was looking for them with flash lights during the first round and without the second round and the point of the game was: “shock the person you find as much as you can”, so scary but funny game. On tuesday morning we headed back to school.

On wednesday we had a project, all student (again without outdoor class) were splitting to 4 groups and each group had to find a key word or key sentence which should represent something that we want to tell to the people and what is most important for us. So the topics people choose were freedom and responsibility, happiness and encouragement for the poor. The task for each group was to make a picture and song or poem about the key word. We got really wonderful and interesting results. But this was just the begining because on Thursday and Friday we were in Copenhagen. We slept in a church and we also sang some songs there and all of them were in danish!!!  Yeah quite hard isn’t it, and then it got even harder since we also sang on the street face to face with  pedestrians.  And of course in the evening we went arround in the city, it is quite a nice city. It was so different and such a cool experience for us it was totally different than studying at the hojskole and Silkeborg. We also had a chance to go to a classical concert on Friday evening. It was so awesome since the music was combined with a light show and it just went beautifully with the music. It was really uncommon show but it was an awesome experience.

During the weekend we finished the art project (pictures and poems) put everything together and held a littel vernisage to finish the whole week in a classy stile.
